ST. LOUIS, May 4, 2017 — Tetsuya Honda, managing director of BlueCurrent Japan, a FleishmanHillard specialty brand, has been named to the PR jury for this year’s Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. 2017 marks the ninth consecutive year a FleishmanHillard agency has been represented on the PR jury.
Honda, who was named PRWeek Asia’s 2015 PR Professional of the Year, has served as a judge at both the Cannes Lions’ SPIKES Asia Festival and the Young PR Lions. He spoke at the 2015 Cannes festival about “Opening the Kimono on Killer Japanese Creativity” and in 2016 at its Creative Academy.
The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity is an annual celebration of ground breaking creative work in communications, advertising, media and other related fields held in Cannes, France. The Festival will run from June 17 – 24, 2017; Lions Health will take place on June 17 and 18.
