Working Mother Media Selects FleishmanHillard As One of the 2020+ “Top 10 Companies for Executive Women”
ST. LOUIS, December 1, 2020 – FleishmanHillard has been named one of the 2020+ Top Companies for Executive Women by Working Mother Media (WMM). This represents the 12th consecutive time the agency has been selected to the “Top Companies for Executive Women” list, and the sixth consecutive time the agency has ranked in the Top 10.
This list consists of the most definitive U.S. workplaces for women who want to advance through the corporate ranks. It celebrates companies that champion women’s advancement in various ways, including mentoring, sponsorship, support programs and work-life balance offerings.
This recognition is a testament to FleishmanHillard’s ongoing initiatives to appoint, support and recognize women in leadership. This year the agency has:
- Appointed Emily K. Graham to chief diversity and inclusion officer and Leah Katz to managing director, Business Development for the Americas.
- Designated 12 of the 23 seats on the FleishmanHillard Cabinet, the senior leadership team charged with advancing the firm’s most strategic priorities, to women.
- Entrusted women to lead 59% of U.S. offices, including 8 of the agency’s 10 top-performing offices.
The global public relations and marketing agency also earned a place on the 2020 Top 10 Companies for Executive Women list, announced earlier this year.
The 2020+ Top 75 Companies application includes more than 200 questions on topics including female representation at all levels, with a focus on the c-suite and profit-and-loss leadership ranks. Compared to 2019 data, the application tracks and examines the number of employees that have access to programs and policies that promote advancement of women, the number of employees that take advantage of these offerings, and the managerial training efforts companies have to help women advance.
WMM will celebrate the 2020 and 2020+ winners during the virtual Top Companies for Executive Women gala on December 9.
